Training Programs We Offer
Basic Training
Our basic training program begins as early as 5-6 months old. This training program will last approximately 3 months. The following concepts are what we will work on with your hunting partner:
- Obedience commands: sit, heel, here, place, kennel
- Force Fetch
- Single marks on land and water
- Collar conditioned
- Introduction to gun fire, live and dead birds
- Introduction to hunting scenarios in the field and water
Intermediate Training
The second stage of training we offer takes place after basic training and will last 3-5 months past the basic training program (~3 months). During this program we will build onto basic training by adding the following:
- Multiple marks
- Diversion birds
- Casting on land and water
- Steadiness
